3 Retention Deals

Hi - I have 30 days left on my current contract with 3. I've been haggling with 3 over the weekend. They have offered me a HTC Hero 300 mix n match and unlimited internet, 18 months for £15 per month. Is this a good deal? Or should I keep trying for something better?

Interesting ... they told me, just over a week ago, that they didn't do the Hero anymore ??!!??

Hi been with 3 for a few years now contract is 500xnet mins and 100txt for £10/month
Have to upgrade early as my handsets useless have been offered the same mins/txt +either a nokia n86/sony w995 or a samsung f486
Is this a decent deal/upgrade or should i/can i push for a better phone if so what realisticly could i get for my £10 a month contract

Was it an 18 month contract? they've now started pushing the 24 months contracts so be careful with them, (I always record the call)


They have offered me (on one of my four contracts) what they call "Internet Texter 500" which means 500 mins, unlimited txt and 500mb data with a HTC Hero for £15, over 24 months


Not bad but as this is their first offer I will hold off a while.

Just agreed to a Hero on an 18 month deal for £17, 500 Mix & match + web, free phone, not a killer price but for 18 month contract not bad.

I'm 7 weeks away from the magic "110 day's from the end of my contract" So I'm starting to look at what deals i may get from "3".

The only thing I don't like about "3" is the small range of phones (hard to tell if they'll have any new ones apart from the iPhone4 between now and the end of my contract.)
I want a phone better than my current E63 (great for txting but it's been giving me S/W related problems for the past few months and I need a change!)

anyone know if "3" are getting in any new types of phones in the next 6 months?

Apologies if this has been answered already.

Just got off the phone with 3 and got my current £15 a month deal, knocked down to £10 a month, with a new (Slightly) better phone and also £180 in Comet Vouchers.

The guy on the phone assured me the vouchers were straightforward vouchers we could use like cash in Comet.

Seems too good to be true to me. Anyone been promised £180 comet vouchers? What was your experience?

been offered htc desire 300 mins or texts 500mb internet for £22 month for 24 month dosnt seem a good deal does it?

In Feb 2010 after a lot of haggling and eventuall speaking with a superviser I retained my 1100 (mixed minutes and txts) with:

new SE T715 Slider, ok for me but not for those who want up to date phone
300 3 to 3
unlimited internet
12 months contract

I kept price of £20 per month.
