They just pulled the low price contracts from the website, lowest price plans are now £30 per month for 24 months
That is a change from this afternoon and isnt unexpected really as they were pretty underpriced compared to the competition so must have been swamped. Putting through dummy orders showed delivery dates at the end of the month so they are well in excess of supply.

I only hope they deliver on Monday as I cant wait (even more so seeing as how it is unbranded and totally unlocked.). Android 2.2 is on the horizon as well.

Just got off the phone to them now.

    Internet Talker 500
100 Picture messages to email (irrelevant)
Standard 3 to 3, Skype, usual 3 extras.
    Free HTC Desire.
    £17 a month total over 24 months.

    Being delivered on Monday :)

This was coming off the back of the 18 month mix and match 500 for £10 glitch that quite a few people took up a while back.

Edit: The line was crap but he said that if I had any other 3 accounts then he could have offered the same deal on them.

I have just come off the phone and have been offered the same deal. I was on the same £10 glitch. This is my second phone call..... got no joy whatsoever first time so it is worth persisting!! To be delivered 24th May. :j

They told me the same thing when I ordered yesterday ... text at 7 this morning, delivered before 11. Hope yours comes equally quickly ;)

Here's my story, I hope it helps.
My 12 month contract ran out last December and I've been waiting for a new phone that I liked. My tariff is the VTT 1000 (750 minutes, 150 texts, £5 internet max add-on, minus £14 loyalty discount: £21/month).

I thought the £20/month Internet Talker 300 was a good deal though didn't like the length of the contract. I rang customer services a couple of times over the last week asking if I could upgrade to an HTC Desire but was told that they had no stock.

This morning I got a call from Three and was offered the HTC Desire for £27/month, not sure about the rest of the deal. I asked about the Internet Talker 300 and was told I could have it for £22. I said it was £20 on the website and after waiting was told I could have it for £20. She then offered me the website deal but couldn't give me the 2 months' Spotify. I reluctantly agreed as she said she could get it delivered on May 24th rather than end June (as she claimed it would be on the website).

This evening I rang back and complained that the data allowance was less than I'd had before. To cut a long story short, she pointed out that the deal from the morning was no longer on the website but agreed to keep me on the same tariff and up my loyalty discount to give a total of £16/month. The contract is for 18 months and I have to pay £140 upfront for the handset effectively giving £23.78/month. Still not sure if this is good or not! The Internet Max Addon is 1GB but Email on Three usage is not counted against it - don't know if I can even use that on the Desire?!

Anyway, I thought it was interesting that I got an 18 month contract. I wondered if I had more leverage by agreeing to a new 24 month contract and then suggesting I might change my mind.

is this 300 mins talk/unlimited text?
Just realised my deal is the 500 mix and match (what I am now) but as I am a texter primarily wondering if I should have pushed for the unlimited text deal with 100 or 300 mins talk time...may give them yet another call in teh morning

Considering they've pulled all sub £30 contracts from the website, I'd say that isn't bad ;)

No text this morning, I hope my Desire arrives on Monday

I still had 8 months left on my contract, gave 3 a call on Monday and told them I wanted my PAC code because I wanted to move to O2 for an iphone.
3 sent me the PAC code by text, told me I would have to pay £80 for the 8 months left on my contract (loyalty discount) if I left and made no offers to make me stay.

On Thursday got a call from 3 saying they had iphones but only for people renewing their contracts, so I paid the £80.04 put my Nokia E71 on Ebay and my iphone should be here on Monday.

    Voice minutes 900
    Internet Unlimited
    3 to 3 Unlimited
    Texts Unlimited
    Picture Mail 70

    Free iphone
    18 month contract
    £27 per month.
