Hmm.... I go to "my 3 account", then " my account" and then "upgrade" under "options", right?
At no point do I see any form of loyalty discount, although phones like Samsung Jet and i8510 seems to have been reduced from £25 to £20 a month but I presume that is also the case for everyone else?

sounds expensive to me I did not renew my contract due to poor service all round from three
As always they offer a rubbish phone that they tell you is top of range!!

I was offered 1100 mix and match Internet add on for £24 per month with loyalty discount although I cannot remember what phone I was offered as I had not heard of it before!

speaking of upgrades..

how long did your upgrade take to deliver + what time did it arrive?

i had to pay a delivery charge for my upgrade. i ordered on friday 9:30am, thought it would come on saturday now hoping for monday

Just called to find out my contract end date and was subjected to the 'wonderful loyalty offer' they have for me.

They offered me a phone model I didn't want, on the same price plan (mix and match 300 - 18 months) for the same monthly cost - (£14.68 a month) and the salesman couldn't for the life of him understand why I wasn't falling over with joy. :rotfl:

Told him I was off to phones4u or mobiles.co.uk to pick myself up a phone I did want, with a free laptop thrown in. Only prob is now I've got to go through it all again when my notice period starts

Sony Ericsson t715 on Mix & Match 500 - £5.38/month + £20 Promotional Accessory Voucher

I had a £8 Loyalty Discount from my last contract + the current offer on the SE T715 (25% off) = £5.38/month + free phone and £20 voucher.

I've called 3 customer support, but for the same contract they would charge me £18/month (losing my loyalty discount).

If you upgrade online don't forget to chat online with one of the "expert advisors" and they will offer you the promo code (£20 accessories).
