I would take the call, just in case they were offering you something decent to stay. But I doubt they would negotiate anything in your favour.

I've called them numerous times to get a decent offer as a renewing customer. All I was told they can offer the same deal as for new customers, which basically means whatever is on the website already, not quite what I consider a deal. The only offer the had for existing customers was giving out the N95 8GB free to renew on your existing contract. I was trying to get a line discount rather than take a new handset, but all they tried to sell me was the freedom sim to get the cheaper line rental. How ridiculous is that. I've given up with 3 upgrades/customer options and will be moving to a different network for a better deal.

49 Numb Blowing Minutes on the Phone, then I get my PAC Code (on the Phone & SMS'ed to me). The other SMS I had with a link to mobile.three.co.uk link was DEAD.

I was offered the "VERY Best" deal of a Sony (same price as the Shop) lol, Told him No Thanks.... Had a quick chat to him about Mumbai (where he was based) then he issued the PAC Code from his Manager.

Now waiting to see the price of the NEW BlackBerry's on Three (April 29th). :T

My 18 month contract with 3 ends this month. Have heard nothing from them so just spent 20 mins on phone trying to get a new deal. Was basically told they dont do any loyalty discounts now (I've been with them pretty much since they started) Am currently on 750 mins and 150 texts for £21 pm. All I was offered was exactly what's on the website for new customers. Told them T mobile are doing a far better deal, which he checked on their website, but he still didnt come up with a better deal for me. I'm very disappointed. Will wait to see if I get any calls from them, but wont hold my breath, as he said he wasnt allowed to call me back!!!

Maybe you are not a profitable customer for them?

Logic has never been their strongpoint - they've offered me £5 per month 300/150 for two years, with a phone for the second, and I wouldn't spend more than about £2 extra over the year. Perhaps they've finally overhauled their systems.
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.

Went into a different 3 shop yesterday and he said to threaten to leave and see what happened, if not I could stay on same deal (which isnt bad, just need more texts but they dont seem forthcoming!). Am considering continuing present deal, at least for now, but am totally confused by the various handsets! At present I have a Nokia 6288, which I like a lot, and I dont use phone for playing music or accessing internet. I just want one to make calls/text and take an occasional photo. Can anyone recommend a handset I should accept/ask for?
