Bugs if it was the N95 8GB which i assume it was as the orignal was phased out ages ago then id take it every time over the N96, its a massivly overated handset, cheap to the touch, poor battery, the N95 8GB is far superior.

They've just phoned again, this time offering LG Renoir, 800 mins, 1000 texts, unlimited internet, stereo headset, 2 year warranty, memory card, leather case for £24 per month. Asked them to phone back tomorrow. Anyone know anything about the LG Renoir.

Finally got the renewal sorted, after lots of wrangling. Was on:

    300M&M
    Nokia 6120
    £15 per month

I spent ages trying to get the 6220 AND a tariff discount, but they wouldn't do it. They told me that they'd give me a free 6220 and keep it at £15 per month (instead of £22 online) but I was still after a tariff discount.

    Eventually I was offered:

    75 minutes
    Unlimited Texts
    Unlimited Internet :T
    Unlimited 3 to 3 calls
    Free Nokia E63
    £15 per month

Pretty chuffed with the internet and the texts, as I don't make many calls and most are to other 3 mobiles anyway. Let's just see what the E63 is like...

(PS: Anyone know if I'm able to use the E63's unlimited internet on my laptop?)

Thats just a NORMAL Price.....

I was in Three store yesterday & got the April 2nd Edition magazine (3 page booklet) & the cover is the Blue/Navy E63, 75min Texter Plan (ie Unlimited Texts, eMail & Internet) but read the small print its NOT Fully Unlimited lol. All for £15.

So I'd ring up again & see if you can get EXTRA discount.

It is also available on the Three website for the same price, hardly a good retention deal :rotfl:

edsb, the E63 is basically a cheap plasticy version of the E71 with a lower spec.

edsb - JediMaster is right. This is a standard deal that is currently being offered on their website, its been there for about 2 weeks now. If you manage to get something like the E71 £20 package for £15, now that would be a real deal. I would seriously recommend you not to open the box and return the item under the 14 day guaratee and haggle for something better.

If you did want to take out the same deal and they were not prepared to offer anything better... request a PAC, migrate out and then back again on the same deal and get £32.50 cashback via quidco and get a free £20 accessories voucher through their online chat facility. Any freebies on top of the standard price is a bonus. Don't be duped into signing on for another 18 months without any additional benefits.
  • They keep ringing me clearly wanting to offer something but I just ignore them.

    Good/bad move? Ha.
