e71/Nokia N96, got to a 3 store for a play with them

I've been and played with one... I'm wondering if it's a good deal or not...

You don't want to pay £33pm for a Nokia N96. For that money go to 02 or Orange with a Blackberry and there are cashback deals that would take the price down further.

The Nokia N96 looks kind of nice and funkey but the Ericsson's and Samsung's in the similar price bracket look much better plua the batteries meant to be aweful.

I looked at the Nokia e71 earlier, it's very nice and smaller than expected. Seems to have everything a Blackberry does except Blackberry chat.

id say its a good deal, you have no payment on handset, on all the MixNmatch deals its £20 a month ! ( if you need more mins later move up to the £35 750 mins unlimited texts deal ( its £197.73 on that plan for new customers ) knowing you can move back down to the £25 500/unlimited at any time )

£244.67 is a damn good saving, many 3 customers would bite the hand off for it

call their executive office, numbers on saynoto0870. Going through their usual channels for complaint is the same as a query which won't get you to where you want to be.

Have emailed executive.office, customer.services (bounced back) and 2 named people too. Also submitted email via website. I'm fighting this one!

They don't deal with people by e-mai and even if you do get a response
you won't get far. Call them and tell them what you want.

Enquired about my upgrade today, I was looking for the LG Renoir on the £35 texter plan, I was told I had to pay for £90 odd for the phone aswell as the line rental looked on the 3 website and NEW customers can get the same deal for £30 a month haha. needless to say im taking my business elsewhere in two months, to use an excuse of "its a more expensive handset" as a justification to charge £90 for the phone is unreal. and im not in the £10/15 a month band at the moment either, I would say im a very heealthy spender on the network. Ill take the Samsung Pixon on T-Mobile I Think . 3 are getting to arrogant for thier own good I think, yes you can get a 6 month contract and yes you can pay £15 a month for it but for the people who want a decent phone and a healthy allowance with it they havent got anything to offer. Free voicemail and Skype is not the be all and end all haha and the best of it was I was only enquiring about the current pricing of the handset, I didnt even mention the fact that surely I should be given some incentive to stay. They are too concerned with signing up new customers to make figures look good rather than caring about the people that got them off the ground in the 1st place.
