no I have suffered 3 plenty, but I held them accountable - read back my posts in this thread, what you pay for a coffee & the bus to work & back in a day got me Nokia 6220

So what's the secret for a better deal at this late stage. Have tried all ways to get improved tarrif especialy after their continued muck ups. Tried Exec office, their PR director. A local Three shop manager" not the orig shop" said that because we took out our contacts within an half hour of each other originally and latterly he would have given us at least 2000 3to 3 minutes. Slight improvement but their Exec mob said no! as I said they St

They have been offering many people what a new customer could get recently - 3 months from the end of your contract they are unlikely to offer the best deal, as you aren't going anywhere for the next 3 months so they don't need to retain you. Try in the final month.

They don't seem to be playing ball with retentions offers after you cancel at the moment (from my experience anyway).

Waiting is fine but our phones are falling to bits, oh well will go to the shop tomorrow and see what i can get.

3 havn't done much since I requested my PAC code, in fact the date expired.
