I have 2 contracts (Three network) both on £15 per month 300 mix & match, due an upgrade soon.

I am thinking of asking for the Samsung F480 at the same price, would this be reasonable?

right i really fancy the SE 905 or the LG renvoir, what do you think i should pay per month for these phones. Is £30 per month for new customers.

Waynedance you will need to speak to the upgrade dept and see what they say.

Since I have not got a call from them after I got the PAC 2 weeks ago, I called them again today and they can offer me nothing other than their website deal. So I will be porting to virgin now since they are so stingy with their offer.

Well done to you guys who manage to get a decent deal.

I rang back to find out more about that £10 deal and was told that i was only offered that by a special department that you cannot be connected to...but which calls customers...which is closed until 5/1/9....so you may get a call back in the new year.

Thanks shortguy for that. Some people have not heard back from them after 2 months so I won't hold my breathe. Virgin's £10 per month sim only deal ends 31 dec, so if I wait I mostly likely to spend more than I would want to.

I still haven't received my E71 (was meant to arrive last Tuesday). I've spent over 8 hours on the phone to them in total and not getting anywhere really. Anyone know an email address I can write a complaint to?

anyone know a good 3 phone which will give me a bit more usability than a sony k610i? i'd like to use facebook and msn a bit more, although i dont want something massive with a keyboard.

I find the Nokia 6220 Classic quite good for all that you want to do. I use MSN and Facebook on it quite happily, Plus it has a 5MP camera and isn't that huge size wise.

Three also seem to be offering them free on most tariffs.

I've just renewed my contract with them today, More minutes and Texts for less money, Plus they threw in another 6220 for free, Which I didn't really need, So i'm gonna send my old one to Envirofone and get £100 back

just been on the phone to 3 who have offered me a new contract,
I suggested I wanted a phone better for internet browsing/facebook/msn and not surprisingly was offered the INQ1 phone which I quite like the look of. Surely I will enjoy this more than the K610i I'm pretty bored of!
Ok so phone sorted... I was told my current deal is 500 mins 100 texts, obviously an old tariff with an RRP of £30/month, which I have been receiving for £10 a month for the last year or so. Suggested I wanted unlimited internet as i am charged currently..and I really hate it when I get additional costs over my contract price (not good for budgeting). So the deal offered was £15 a month , 18 months contract, with internet max included. I did mention I wanted more texts but was told I would lose my discount if I changed plan. In some ways Id prefer the mix/match 300 with unlimited 3 to 3-- because most of my family are on 3 too.On the other hand with facebook/msn I will probably not send so many texts. Anyway I asked for a shorter contract and she agreed to 12 months again. So I have a new phone being sent with 14 days to make up my mind. Does this sound ok to you guys?
