No, one off payment and an 18 month contract.

They seem very keen to get me to change plans onto one of the new mix and match ones as well. Deals go dowhill whenI tell then I don't want to swap plans.

Know exactly how you feel. I rang them up earlier in the week, and it got to the point where I was telling him the deals as he was giving me the ones currently on the website. He even tried to make it sound like I was going crazy with my minutes, therefore needed more, when only 1 time about 4 months ago I went 10mins above allowance.

This time I got through to the scottish centre and the guy was helpful and actually listened to what I wanted.

Was it just luck getting through to the Scottish centre, or did you dial them direct??

Luck. Dialled 333 as usual from phone and pressed relevant options.

Phone should be arriving on Tuesday.

I've heard there's a common reception problem with them, which I'm hoping has been sorted out.

Hi,

Got my PAC code at the weekend after three days of phone calls to 3 to sort it out (and i hate thheir new customer service system - what was wrong with press 2 to speak to someone?!?)

Anyhoo got 5 missed calls from them today. Picked up the 6th call and they phoned to offer me DTT 1000 (750mins, 150txt, 50vidmin, 50mms, £5 downloads) for £10 a month with a Nokia 6500 slide on a 12 month contract.

So they are offerring some deals...but not the same as the £500 credit that they gave me last year...and they were offerring this deal last year with a free SE K800.

Shortguy you have got a very good deal indeed. I got my Pac code for a week now and they have not call me, I would take the deal you got straight away. I'm on the £15 per month vt500 and they offered me their website deals which is not good.

I agree with you...thought about it and it does sound good..esp as it is a 12month contract.

The only thing is i want the nokia e71.

Have called them back and am waiting for a call back to see how much it will be with it...their call back department is closed until 5th of jan...so will wait til then.
