i got offered samsung tocco on my current price plan (VT 500 £15 per month) for £50. i don't use all of them minutes and use a PAYG for texting so i'm now on 500 Mins/Texts, Unlimited 3 to 3 minutes and samsung tocco for £25 per month

VT is better than MnM if you use texts on another payg, why did you not ask to get the Tocco for £50 on 500mins/texts-unlimited 12 months deal for £25 wich is a standard deal ?

My upgrade is now due, has anyone managed to get any sort of deal on an N96 or Sony Ericsonn C905 yet? I'm on an old VTT £35pm plan with a £15 loyalty bonus, plus £5 add on for internet usage - so am effectively paying £25 pm and want one of these 2 phones. Accept they won't come free with my traif, but they want £300 or £90 respectively which sounds a lot to me.

I've replied in here too that I got a C905 for free (£30 T&T 600, discounted to £20) didn't have to push to get it either, he just offered it;)

Hi guys,

Need some help...comin to end of contract in a few weeks andwondered what are the best redemption deals at the mo?

I am looking for atleast 700 mins and 200 txt and would like the N96.

They offerring on upgrade 750 mins, 150txt, 50vid mins, 50mms, and £5 downloads for £30 a month with free N96.

The usage seems ok to me even though I never use the video mins or the downloads; and if use the mms as sms, but just wondered whether people are getting any better deals and is it worth giving notice to cancel etc like I did 17 months ago?

I will also be needing x-series silver making it £35 a month.

Any tips would be much appreciated...even if they are for a plan with another network.

Looks like you're getting pretty much what you wanted with the 150txt + 50 mms. When I asked, they didn't seem to take the x-series cost into account.
