  • I just upgraded yesterday to the nokia 6500 slide in the 3 store for £18 a month. Phone seems a nice phone. But since I have had the phone i have had no signal whatsoever people have been phoning me and just getting the engaged tone. So my dad was in town and took it back to the 3 store and the guy would not change it or anything because a tiny piece was missing( I never saw this piece in the first place, its the bit at the back to hold the memory card in place.)
Basically told my dad to !!!!!! off!!
I phoned the store and explained never saw this piece in the first place havnt a clue what he is on about and I am not happy with an 18month contract and have totally no reception. He still said nothing he could do and I have to wait to speak to the manange when he is back tomorrow.
I am fuming and feel their customer serivice is disgusting!!

  • Advice needed please.....

My 18 month contract with Three runs out on 25th Dec. I have the Nokia E61, currently paying £20/month for 500 mins and 100 texts (Talk&Text 600). I thought it was a bit pricey, as I'm paying £10/month for the same tariff on my other Three contract, but I got free TomTom with phone so balanced out.

Anyways, I REALLY want the E71 however they best they can offer me is £24/month for Mix n Match 500 plus 300 3-to-3 mins. If I want to stay on the same tariff I have to pay £200 for handset. I requested PAC on 24th October, and haven't heard anything back since.

Ideally I want the E71 free and the same tariff for less on a 12 month contract. It would be a miracle if I got this, but any suggestions/tactics on how I can get something similar?

    Thanks.
    FG

    yeah i agree K660i

i took the SE660i on the £20 deal for 500 mix n match & a free E156G USB stick & 5GB as a new connection ( its now up to £22 with a E160G ) and its a great handset, the 3.5G HIGH SPEED internet flies & is much better with connection with Skype ( supports Skype out & Skype chat - awesome !), K660i screen is small compared to N95 but the battery is solid in comparison
the camera is basic & 2Meg but im not massive on pics anyhow & perhaps the Nokia 6500 willl be better and I can choose which to use, I'd recommend K660i over the Nokia 3120 which is basic

I've finally got a sony 905 on the £26. a month tariff they are promoting at the moment.
Am really chuffed as it's taken me about 8 attempts to get this deal, but this time I got through to the call center in Scotland and they were so much more helpful :j
