the new £1 fee for paper bills ... can we use that to get out of a 3 contract?Use your judgement, and above all, be honest with yourself.I walk with the world & the world walks with me!I don't make bad choices!!! Other people just fail to see my GENIUS !!!!0

I've just got off from 3. I think I was speaking to retentions. They offered me a HTC TyTn II for £25 on the same price plan of £15 a month for 250 mins and 50 txts. I tried to push them for some included internet usage or discount on the line rental but they wouldn't budge so I've given them my 30 day notice. Hopefully i'll get a ring back at some point. I'll have to wait and see0

thats a good deal on HTC by 3's standards you would not get it offered on MnM 300 ( which is the updated plan of yours ), ask for some 3-3 mins ? that costs them nothing wholesale pricing, where internet doesSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0

Well it's £80 off what they originally offered me but it still doesn't seem to be as good as the deals that some other people are getting. Judging by other peoples expereinces they should give me a call back closer to the day that my contract finishes shouldn't they?0 -
are you the one requesting the HTC ? ask for lesser mobile if not, tell them you detest Windows Mobile's
choose a handset thats been out 8+ months, the longer the better
I just spoke to the woman like I was a friend " Hello xxxx, did I pronounce that right ?, ok well I apologise if I later pronounce it wrongly ! how are you today, oh im sorry its " insert late/early/middle of the night for you " having checked online time in Mumbai/Puna " not to worry im sure you will get home soon enough " - I just said " do me a PAC please or the cheapest deal regardless of mobile if you can " and laughed to the woman - my current plan went from £20 discount to £30 on same tariff with 6500 threw in, it worked for me........
that woman was lovely back in conversation, and treating someone with respect & friendly-ness goes along way, Brits are very reserved in conversation ( or shouting at 3 customer services ) with other cultures but that can come across in another way to another culture - its human behaviour on both parts, be less Brit be more friendly like your friend is helping you NOT a robot servent, this works all over the world even in the UK, I have stood there angry as hell saying swearwords in my head but holding my polite decroum, never be rude even if the operator is wrong - kindly direct them to where it states otherwise from thier knowledge....Brits are demanding Divas by nature the nature of an Empire that well no longer exists - the mentality does though
This kind of attitiude ( border on flirting, you'll never see hear or speak to them again ( staff turnover is high !, so no matter how introverted you are do it on this 1 ocassion, confidence but not arrogant confidence, role play with yourself 1st if you have too !) serves well with 3 Global Services in India, and they have serviced me well on 3uk & 3AU accounts - *IF* its within thier script power, problems arise outside that & thast when you email corrospond everything & dont answer calls if they call - email them back saying you recieved a call but due to personal/disability reasons you are requesting contact via email - if they refuse or dont reply - email the executive office asking this be noted on your a/c you have chosen email as your option for customer care ( it helps exec office to follow up complaints in future circumstances so they dont deny notepadding you emailing customer care as your preffered contact option - it helps them monitor India care as a bonus )
ABOVE ALL ARM YOURSELF WITH DIRECT DEALS FROM NETWORKS WEBSITES politely inform you could get a better deal on whatever for everything they offer until they offer YOUR deal
saying that my manner bagged me my deal, and my ammunition of other network deals was not needed 18 months ago or last week
( and my account has had massive problems since 2004 that im addressing through the exec office next week incuding FRAUD from 2006 that has cost me dearly - I could not even get 3AU forwarding several UK/AU proofs of who I was get 3UK care to accept I was not in the UK & i was locked out of my account in my name & address with the wrong DOB, security was breached 3 times on that a/c, I have always been polite......3India have basic scripts & commands - its by default 3UK's setup in India things go extremely wrong )SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... Have never had a problem getting a decent deal from 3 for myself, son, mother and husband.
This time I have been offered a Sony Ericsson W595 on £25 a month 500 minutes and unlimited texts!
Works for me!Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0 -

Don't like to rain on you parade, but that isn't exactly a stonking deal as it is on the website for £26.25 for 750 mins unlimited texts(and the quidco and RAF would bring the average below £25/month).
