Not on the mix and match tariff like I said, they are rounded UP to the nearest minute!

Like I said... from their T&C on another page.....
The 1st min rounded up, the next per second used....
Where are you getting it from?

    Billing update: Mix & Match

From 13 December 2007, any calls lasting 60 seconds or less will be rounded up to a minute. After the first minute, you’ll get charged for the rest of the call per second.

    · There’s no change for calls made before 13 December 2007, but calls of less than 60 seconds made from 13 December onwards will be rounded up to one minute.
    · This means your first bill after the change may include calls with and without the minimum charge.
    · The usage summary on your bill will show the rounded-up number of minutes for that month.
  • Can the loyalty discount be applied to new plans or only to existing plans?

No, if you change price plan, you lose your loyalty discount.
I challenged this and asked if I changed price plan, does that make me less loyal than last year? He didn't have a good answer!

Every time I call them, they start telling me what I can't have - it's impossible to get them to tell me what I CAN have!

i gave 30 days notice over the rounded up minutes and was issued my pac code by 3,they phoned three times but i missed my calls as i was busy, the 30 days have now passed. can i start the process of notice and pac code again or do i have to wait till the 17th month of my original contract ?
  • You can ask for a PAC any day. After 30 days it expires and the contract continues.
  • Really like the look of the n96 so after cancelling by phone - and being offered deals worse than i could buy from the website - i've been phoned near daily offering me new deals so long as i havent handed my PAC code in yet.

The cheapest I could get them down to was £25/month 18month contract, Mix and Match 300 with the N96 delivered on launch day.

Is this a good deal do you think or should I go elsewhere?
  • Hi,
just one question as I'm a little bit lost.
I'll finish my 12m contract with "3" 1st of November. Right now I shuld give them my notice or do upgrade. What will happen if I'll not do anything until 1st Nov??
Right now I'm on 300min/150txt L15pm(L10pm loyalty credit included).
Will my contract be the same and I'm going to have a possibility to cancel it at any time with 30days notice??

    Thanks.

Your contract will continue, but you will be able to upgrade/leave at any time once the 12 months is up...
