I'd stick with what you're on. The mix n match bill by the minute so even if you call for 1m02sec you get charged for 2 mins

My 6 month contract has come to an end ..well 2 months overdue actually and just waited to get the RAF discount I did 4 months ago. Will be giving the cancellation notice tomorrow. My question is What has happened to all the £5/month deals????? Loads of people were getting them and now, hardly any.

I am going to let them convert me to PAYG supposed to be on Sunday then I am going to get an Asda PAYG sim card and see how I go with that. I don't need to use that many minutes I use them because they are available and I have my mobile handy, instead of getting the house phone. If I decide to go for another contract I can get the mix and match 500 for the £15 I was already paying by using Quidco and RAF anyway so it is cheaper than the £18 they were wanting me to pay.

I quoted your offer earlier today and after much haggling Three finally gave up and offered me the aforementioned deal.

Just stick to your guns and keep on insisiting that the Customer Service representative has a word with his manager.

was on a six month contract skype phone thingy.
Contract is about to cease on 1st of October. when i called for upgrade, they keep offering me the same stuff as you find as a new customer on their website. I asked if they could offer me anything else that is not advertised on their website for new customers and the answer was no. I really wanted to be with them, but they seem to be rude and do not budge. Finally gave a cancellation request on 1st of Sept to end contract on 1st October. Since then had called them up around 6 times. Everytime they just offer the same deals on their website. now i only have got 3 days to go for my contract to end. And I gave up on their retentions team, coz they never called me. I will as a last chance give them a call on 30th to see if thy could offer me 'anything that is not on their website'. Its frustating to know that a 6 months relationship with them is worthless when it comes to offering me a good deal.

Same thing happened with me, I had 4 contractsw with 3 and 1 of them on a 6 month contract, they allowed the account to expire without any decent offers.

I had this deal offered to me 2 days ago. Damn good deal but the woman forgot to mention to me that the phone is refurbished.

I HATE THREEE!!!!!!! OFFERED ME n95 8GB for £25 per month on 12 month contract, for 500mins + unlimited txst. EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM i never use ANY txts and 500mins is too much on my current contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

has anyone had an offer yet on the N95 8Gb only. I do not need to change my contract as I have a £17 loyalty discount from the other year.

I want to upgrade my phone as I am at the year end and had this offer last month:

N95 - £45
N95 8Gb - £145

Now that the N96 is out has anyone been offered a cheaper price for the N95 8Gb from 3.

Not on the mix and match tariff like I said, they are rounded UP to the nearest minute!
