Remaining minutes etc can be checked on the website.

On "my subscriptions" tap on the three dots to the right of the bundle name, then tap view details.

Out of curiosity, I also tried texting for remaining minutes, and got the error message. It's the same one that occurred a few months back.

I just tried texting Bal and info ukrwg0 on both my sims and got this message back all 4 times.

Error: Failed to connect to 172.24.1.55 port 25155 after 5001 ms: Timeout was reached

Was all working OK last week and Bal worked on Monday.

Oh well hope Mr Postman has some post for me tomorrow.

Managed to activate auto renew on my free £5 plan.

Payment page states ”No charges today! You’ll be charged automatically on your next auto renewal." No payment amount is shown.

After I entered my card details, I received a notification from my bank to authorise payment for £0.00p.

Dashboard now shows an edit button beside auto renew, which allows you to add more than one card, or remove a card number altogether.

The default payment method can be changed to either another card or a PayPal account.

Hopefully, on 1st August, the payment will again be £0.00 as per the original offer, and my 50/ 50/250 allowance will renew as it is always done since 2022.

I'm just going to ride this out.

I've got an alternative plan in place with another provider.

I don't need to port this RWG number.

I'll just see what happens on my expiry date.

I certainly wouldn't give RWG any card details without knowing exactly what amount I'm paying and what plan I'm paying for.

Also getting error message for balance enquiry.

I would have thought they needed to give some sort of communication saying the free bundle was ending.

Not everyone is on this site or checks the RWG site.

They may find themselves suddenly cut off.

Another update 🙂 Logged in to my account early this afternoon, now remembering in a previous post I mentioned you need to go to the My Subscriptions on the Menu as the Home page summary doesn't show all the Subscriptions/Plans - there I discovered that a new UK Teaser Bundle with expiry 1st September had been added. showing the full quota 100/100/750. Whoopee.

Nevertheless I wanted to know what would happen if I selected Auto Renew. So I did that on the one that was going to expire on the 1st August. It prompted me to select one of my (already set up) payment methods - I've got bank card and Paypal, so I chose Paypal, it took me to the Paypal page (login needed) with a statement no payment due today …., and Paypal was asked for an authorisation of £0.00 etc. done all ok. Returned to merchant page. Interesting that instead of the Auto Renew switch at the bottom of the Plan box, it now showed PayPal with an edit writing pen. It was also showing the same on the new plan expiring on the 1st September!

Next question of course was, how, if I chose, does one cancel Auto Renew? Clicking on the writing pen just gave a choice of payment methods to make. However clicking on the 3 dots and View Details, shows the Auto Renew switch at the bottom. I think I'll try turning it off later and see what happens.

All well and good so far it seems, I expect the one expiring 1st August will have disappeared tomorrow.
I also mentioned that I was given a promo plan of minutes/text (expiry 1st August) as a result of my detailed complaint of all the things mentioned earlier in this thread - and I haven't used any of them yet, and now a new one of those has appeared with 1st September expiry! Wow.

I did get an email response the other day to my complaint, and when I replied to it, I got an automated acknowledgement with a reference number, that surprised me!
    I'll post again if/when I learn anything more/new.

    Thanks @Phones4Chris

Update from me. I'm on the 50/50/250 for anyone reading.

I've just logged in after reading above update, and checked my subscriptions page. It wasnt there yesterday when i logged in, but today at the top of the subscription page I have my 50/50/250 showing as expiring 1st August. Underneath that it shows auto renew and just under theres a tiny green slider. Slide green slider over and the next month shows as expiring 1st September. I havent clicked auto renew. Will see what happens tomorrow. Both my 2 sims are showing these new tariffs, as I say wasnt showing yesterday.
