When is it set to expire Alan?

If you've paid £60 for a 2 year deal and they terminate it early (1st Aug.2026), I'd say you have a clear case for a partial refund as they are in breach of contract.
Was the £15 credit part of that deal at all, or have you topped up at some point?
If the £15 was part of the signup, then the 2 yrs cost was £45, so simple maths means you should get a refund of £26.25. If the £15 is something else then the refund should be £35if they don't play ball, raise a formal complaint and request it be escalated, that'll give you options later on - Ombudsman.

No, the £2 bundle you added by Text !! But maybe the 2926 is a typo and should be 2026 !!

@MMCN72 I've now checked through my history and apart from a couple of texts that appeared twice (no charge & not out of a bundle), all seems OK though I didn't check if the amount of Data usage was 100% for each entry but it seemed alright for what I'd been doing.
One call and one text to an RWG number WAS taken out of the bundle (I shall raise it with CS) but worth noting the number was one that was Ported-in by it's owner, not an original RWG number, so maybe their database needs correcting.
Separate from this, I sent a Formal Complaint by email 2 weeks ago to which I've not received a response. all about issues previously mentioned up-thread, one of which was not getting emails, so I told them to phone or text which they haven't, so they'll get a 2nd Formal Complaint tomorrow.
So far, I've given RWG the benefit of the doubt in getting their act together, but their recent changes, especially with the expiry of plans without warning shows a high degree of incompetence. They're clearly a struggling small company but when things work OK there's some good value Plans if they suit one's needs.
I'm undecided at this point, what action to take next as it could cost them money (could be the straw) eg. Ombudsman, or Regulator (fines!).
I'll decide later when I see what efforts they're making to resolve the issues I've found and those mentioned by other users here who've taken up their issues with CS and updated the thread.
All a bit disappointing :(0 -
Is anyone going to ring tomorrow to query the dates with them. Maybe it's a mistake. We can hope!
Trying to decide whether to order a sim from 1p mobile before the 1st Aug change. That would be £25 for the year on the 120 day top up. They had it for £1 a few weeks ago, now its a £5 offer. Chances of receiving and activating it before the 1st might be slim. So its more likely to cost £35 for the year. Or whether I just port into the o2 sim Ive got already. I checked my phone and have made about 12hrs worth of calls on the 2 rwg sims. 1p gives me more calls at 1p instead of o2s 3p.
I could do with a bit more data. I've been using the free 2x 250mb each month. But sometimes I'm short. As I will have to pay for all data now on the assumption that rwg scrap there deal it doesn't matter who im with. Rwg, o2 and 1p are all 1p per mb.

@alanjones60 - thanks for the PAYG info.
@Phones4ChrisI joined RWG 17 Oct 2022 with a £15 100/100/750. I assume that's where they're getting the £15 from.
On 4 Oct 2023 I bought a 2 year one off charge 250/250/2 for £35.
On 1 Oct 2025 I bought a 2 year one off charge 250/250/2 for £60. This should expire 1 Oct 2027, but my account is now showing 1 Aug 2026.
I've emailed them. I find they do usually get back to me, but it can take a week or two. It's a shame because they were very good for the first couple of years, but what they're doing now is ridiculous. There's no way I'd feel comfortable giving them my bank details (eg, clicking on renewal).

@Lyncroft That's what I did in August 2022, that's where the £15 comes from.
In which case you should get a £35 refund if they don't honour the contract.There shouldn't be any issue with bank details (it's card number etc. not account details), it's just so that you can pay for Top-ups or Plans.

Everyone who's had their date changed should phone!! If people aren't aware they could either incur unexpected charges from their credit, or be unable to make calls/texts if no credit - a "bill shock" contrary to their advertising 🙄

I've just registered and logged in on the new website, having not been able to on the old
It says my so-called PP60 promo bundle expires on 7th August 2026. It's the 50/50/250 one
So that expiry sounds a bit similar to other posts above, but wait a moment
From my activation email reply on 15/09/2021, it says they added free bundle, which will renew on the 7th of each month until cancelled
That coincidence of 7th of the month makes me wonder if some of the pessimism above is overdone, and the so-called expiry date doesn't mean it's about to be killed off, and could be thought of as monthly renewal date or something similar
We'll soon know, if folks start running into problems, or don't
