Thank you. My balance is 0, and I don't know when it reduced to that. I've only ever reached the data limit about twice, both recently, and never the calls. So I wasn't sure whether the first £5 was a fee or added to balance.

Logged into RWG website and looking at the balance and expiry date of my RWG 50/50/250 free bundle there is an option to auto renew.

Ifi you click it, it just comes up asking for card details

There's no explanation of the amount they'll take or if it's a one off £5 to continue the free 50/50/250 bundle.

Has anybody actually renewed their free bundle for a fiver?

Iv got the 100 100 750mb free bundle, which is on the website for £2 a month when mine expires next year.

The text code for the bundle ukrwg1.

Why dont you near ur expiry date text the bundle code for your bundle, which is ukrwg0,for the cost,as your allowance is not on the website?

Cant see it being more than £2 because you will be getting less allowance

@alanjones60 is it the UK teaser plan at £2 a month (100/100/750)?

I think you get a new SIM and then port your number for that plan.

    Yes it is.

I dont think you need a new sim,as i buy data bundles by text when i need extra data for spain ,and being as my bundle is ukrwg1 i will text that when the time comes.

I could be wrong, but I think the problem is that the option to top up with extra data on an existing SIM isn't available on the website, only by sending a text with the bundle code. If you use the website to obtain a new bundle, it'll involve a new SIM which will need your number porting.

I wonder if its a mistake not putting bundle codes on the new website?

They were all listed on the old website, and the codes for the bundles, and info texts work fine for me,and the payment comes out of my credit balance, no need for them to have my card details.

I also top up by a NOW voucher from any paypoint shop or post office
