No I didn't.

I spoke to a CS Agent the day after my order for an extra SIM. He clearly did not appreciate the legalities and breach of GDPR being sent someone else's invoice with Name, email address and phone number!
I have yet to receive the correct Invoice or a response, at least the extra SIM turned up on Monday and activated with the £5 Credit and is showing correctly in My Account.
In view of no response on the Invoice, I've now sent an email Formal Complaint about that and also added all the other issues that I (and others) have encountered. We'll see what happens!.
Another BEWARE - RWG to RWG calls are supposedly free, well yesterday such a call took minutes out of my bundle! Keep a check on your bundle and account balances.

In my email complaint, I told them if email wasn't working to Text or Phone ! Probably too difficult for them 🙄

My old login isn't working on their new site. I assume you have to create a new account?
Not receiving the email verification but I'm getting the text verification. Why have 2 verifications? Expect that from a bank.
I don't really have the time to telephone them.
Awful business.

Well if you tried logging in with your email and you got a text verification, then it did recognise your account and your phone number! Clearly, for whatever reason, their servers are having a problem with your email address, as some others have found. I had that problem and had to phone CS for them to give me a code as I was trying to log-in. Once done, log-in since hasn't been a problem.
Yes, there Customer Service is a truly "Awful Business" at the moment still, but the PAYG service is mostly working fine with the odd exception as previously noted. Although CS are quite good at sorting out the minor things over the phone.
AFAIK, they are still the only PAYG mobile service that doesn't require topping up at any regular intervals, only making a chargeable event, and is the only one giving 1ppm for 1MB data outside of a bundle with the aforementioned conditions. (Classic O2 3-2-1 being an exception but you can only use Data Bolt-ons - they're expensive, or lose the Classic 3-2-1 if you use a Big Bundle).1 -

Giffgaff do this too.

I have emailed them so hopefully they will reply (they didn't the last time I emailed them).
That makes me think they couldn't fix the problem not that the person reading the email didn't want to help.

I've currently got the free ukrwg0 250/50/50 bundle, showing on the dashboard as RWG UK FREE £5 for the data allowance and RWG UK PP60 PROMO BUNDLE for the mins/texts. The expiry date for both is in January, but both have an auto renew button. Anyone know what will happen if I auto renew? Will I be charged £5 in January?
