RWG's New Website, Plans and new Charges

This is what I get every month.
It uses ukrwg0 first, when that runs out goes onto ukrwg1Let's Be Careful Out There0 -
I do recall some people who had topped up £5 and got the 50 50 250 bundle asking if they could topup £10 to 'upgrade' and surprisingly rwg seemed to agree to it, but as you say that was about three or four years ago and both offers are now pulled.

Ah, slight difference there with a Data Add-on bundle, and there doesn't seem to be any on the website when I last checked. CS did tell me an update to the website was supposedly coming with them! (but when?).
@HiilStreetBlues What you have there is certainly something I doubt anyone could get today, but who knows for certain. When you login to your account can you see the expiry dates for either of them?

@Chris I've not bothered with logging into the new site yet, we get around to it at some point.

Update . Pay by text out of your credit for a data add on bundle still works fine.
£5 for 5gb for 30 days text ukrwg5 to 669

@alanjones60 Thanks Alan, useful to know whilst the website lacks any Data Add-ons.

JJuSt an update. I sent CS an email last Monday re my missing credit query. So far no reply.
Yesterday I had a friend ring me rather upset that I hadn't returned his calls, to the voicemail messages he left. My reply was I havent had any voicemail notifications. So I rang my number and left myself a voicemail. No notification came through. So I rang 269 and found 4 voicemails. Checked the settings and voicemail notification was set to off. Checked my other sim leaving myself a voicemail and then dialing 269 and this voicemail sim notification was also set to off. I have not changed these settings so it has been changed by the service provider. They were set up with icon in status bar.
So for anybody getting people ringing saying they've left messages and you haven't had notification check your settings by ringing 269.

Thanks for the heads-up. Mine was still switched on for SMS notification.

RWG billing\email seems to be working independently of the My Account page, here's my monthly email (same as I've had every month for the past 4 years):
Unlimited mins, SMS & 2GB data £3.50/month
• RWG Mobile number (if requesting a new SIM leave blank): 07xxxxxxxxx(where xxxxxxx does show as my number).
But "My Account" shows my Subscription as:
- 2GB Data, 3000 minutes, 3000 SMS, Expiry Date 1st October 2027
Bit odd - wonder what will happen on 2nd October next year!

BEWARE ….. I went to order an extra SIM this evening. The site isn't very intuitive along with all it's other shortcomings, you need to scroll down on the Left Hand Menu to My SIMs where you find the option "Need a New SIM Card" and select "Explore Plans".
(If you want to do something to your existing SIM(s), click on the 3 vertical dots in the SIM box).I was hoping to get the £2 Teaser Bundle on a new SIM - no chance, a limited choice of 3 - Basic Flex, Data Torrent Flex and EU Roam Basic - all in large images across the page! Then below them, in small standard type (if you spot it) "No thanks, I just want a free SIM card" which has a clickable link. Select that and then on the next page you have to add your personal details (which IMHO they should have pre-filled with an option to edit) when you then have the options "Add Plan to your SIM" (same 3 choices as before) or "Add credit to your SIM" where you have to click on the Slider switch on the right of the box - then there's choices from £5 (£10 pre-selected) in £5 steps with an Auto top-up Slider Switch you have to change if you don't want it, and a "Set Your Monthly Spending Cap" option below - choices of £30, £50, £70, £100 or No Limit.
Oh well, I would have wanted some credit, sooner or later so I selected £5. You eventually get the confirmation page showing the SIM pre-assigned number added to "My SIMs" (you won't have to do it later then) and where you'll (supposedly) be sent a confirmation email and can select to download an Invoice.
THIS is where the BEWARE bit is - I got an Invoice for a different customer with the name D***d W****ck along with his Hotmail email address, for £5 on the 26th June! That's a breach of Data Protection for a start!! And I'm still waiting for the email (I did get one for a SIM earlier in the year but before the Website change). Obviously I'll be phoning CS tomorrow and I'll give an update on the outcome.
