All I can say is my expiry date has shown 7th August 2026, which is also the monthly top up date, for the last 4 months.

I've been told stuff by CS agents before and turned out completely wrong, I'm certainly not the only one.
It could well be true, but I will wait to see what happens.

Well as I've told that by 3 different CS agents, one last year and two this year, and others have been told the same, I'm inclined to believe it's correct ! Have you actually asked about yours?

I'll see whether I get the same response to the email complaint about not being told about the changes.

Thanks @2010. I wonder whether it relates to new customers but if you were an existing one, you contact them and ask them to convert your existing plan to the new one. You therefore keep your number on the new plan without needing to request a PAC. Maybe the CS representative you contacted misunderstood what you wanted if the answers given to @Phones4Chris from other CS reps say otherwise.

Thanks @alanjones60 have you noticed if your expiry date just get's extended each month on your plan's refresh date out of interest? My worry is that one day the expiry date becomes enforced and then I get cut off and lose my number. It doesn't seem RWG has good comms about changes they're introducing as I only heard of this (potential) 5 year lifespan of the original Teaser plans

But you did say in a previous post that your 100/100/750 was due to expire/finish in Jan.2027.

You won't get cut off and lose your number just because any active plan (eg.your Teaser) finishes altogether. If you don't have any credit on your account when it finishes, then you won't be able to call/text/use data then IF you haven't topped up or used it for 180 days, they used to call it restricted - see https://rwgmobile.wales/terms-and-conditions 9.3

Bundle balance codes like info ukrwg1 still not working, I doubt they'll be fixed as they're no longer listed in the Plans. have to login to MyAccount to check remaining balances. Dialing 669 does give the credit balance.

Yes i did and they changed it to 25th aug 2026.
