Could be worth checking the day before. Those of us with Aug 1st expiry dates were able to see the following month's allowance, as well as the expiring one, on July 31st.

In my case I can't say if it was showing a different end date for the last few months. I only recently re-registered on the rwg site after reading posts on here about expiry dates changing.

Thanks @Phones4Chris, that's good to know. Also, I forgot about dialling 669 to hear my balance. At least saves me logging in to see my balance.

Going by this post from Acer 321, it appears to have renewed, even with auto renew turned off.

I had to provide card details in order to activate auto renew, but I wasn't charged at the time, nor on my renewal date of August 1st.

I figured that if they did charge me another £5 for my "free" plan, it would be easier to chase a refund on that, compared to the hassle of trying get my free plan back if it had disappeared.

I'll check the next few days and as soon as I know I'll post what happened regarding the free bundle expiry date. (7th August).

Also I must say that @alanjones60 has been most helpful regarding RWG for a long time not only on this thread but previous RWG threads to.

Thanks, my expiry date is 7 Aug 2026, and currently in 'My Subscriptions > My Plans' it's showing two UK Teasers, one with an expiry of 7 Aug 2026 and another with an expiry date of 7 Sep 2026.

The £2 Teaser and £3.50 Teaser Lite are back on the RWG website, sort of.

When you click view more, then view details, it says plan not found. Obviously a work in progress, but good news for new customers looking for low use options.

I can confirm that my plan didn't top up today which it usually does on the 7th of each month.

Looking at my account online it now states:

You don't have any active subscriptions.

All the current plans are listed to sign up for monthly.

The cheapest being £2 for the teaser at 750mb 100 mins/sms.

I guess you've still got the original £15 credit as a balance on the account?
So you could just use the SIM on a PAYG basis (10p/min landline, 15p/min mobile, 5p/text, 1p/MB)

I've had the completely free bundle since 2021 - 50 mins, 50 SMS & 250MB data.

I don't use it too much, but tried to use it now and I get a message about a spend cap being reached.

If I text 'Info ukrwg0' to get my balance, I get the message:

"Error: Failed to connect to 172.24.1.55 port 25155 after 500 ms: Timeout was reached"

Anyone else on this one having issues?
