There are two options: 1 - triple check that the account number, sort code and reference are correct and send the money. 2 - wait until tomorrow, CoP will likely to be recognised by then.

I'll fund mine tomorrow morning because I don't know when Tipton's cut off time is.

Did anyone manage to get a copy of the Ts&Cs for this account? I'm afraid I didn't know about the account till after it went NLA so never got chance. Branch/post version has been archived though.

they are not processing the applications FIFO. I applied around 10 pm last night, still no sign of the account in my app but they'd given me the account details, so I could initiate a deposit. I also got no CoP match, but I was happy to ignore the warnings and sent my £200 anyway. We'll see what happens with that.

I can see the ‘delete pot’ option to close my existing 6 month pot when I click on the three dots …..did the option to select the 6 month reg saver to open only appear after you closed the 12 month one?

You'll be fine. Opened mine in Bilston just after 1pm. Three cahiers waiting. But fairly quiet. Not a market day in Bilston, though . At least branch opening account avoids the problems posted here. So we're lucky in that respect.

A little surprised it was initially open to all via app. thought perhaps branch opening only at first and then by app to existing members living outside area.

You can't tell whether you can apply for another RS unless you are rid of your existing one. So it's a bit of a gamble to try it, and the risk is all yours, I'm afraid. Best of luck if you are going ahead.
