anyone still using the kit? Mines been sat dead for 8 months now. The latest paperwork on the gov website under appendix G seems to suggest that to them there is no value to the assets as the Board has not given them any indication they want the recovered.. So do you think we will ever hear from FTS again?

As a party with no interest in this, all I'll note is that administrations take a long time to conclude.

The administrators proposals were only accepted in April. If I'm reading them right, a value of approx £500,000 was placed on the assets (e.g. the kit in question), but with an uncertain realisable value.

I would expect someone to get in touch, eventually, but it'll take a while- There are plenty of bottom feeder debt recovery companies who purchase assets etc. at pennies in the pound.

The thing is selling to DCA would be a douche move. For starters there is no legal obligation for us to accept this kit. We are well within our rights to say "no come take it out" so selling to a DCA assumes we want it - which would be messy.

I read it as 50K - maybe I need to re read it.

I've replaced them all with 550W panels now and added another 6 (in order to gt around the hassle of selling etc in the future) - if they never come back to me 7 of then will go on the new shed. If they do - they can come and get them.

As we are now storing it for them, 14 days is a reasonable timeframe for them to come and get their stuff. if after 2 years I have heard nothing I will assume they are mine.

Well they have had people who thought they were obliged to - come forward and buy the kit! - only 7K so not sure how many customers. But who wants to buy chinese unwarrantied kit?

It says that if ayone wants to get from them, rather than have it transferred to someone else to chase us - to get in touch.

But they keep using (bound by contracts) whivh of course none of us were in the end.

I'll wait for them to contact me, they can have their kit. I would happily pay half the scaffolding cost so I can upgrade the panels at the same time.
