    Well all reports suggest Northern Gas Heating went bust 2 weeks ago. Waiting for CH to update. Trustpilot is riddled with !!!!!! reviews about them and the fact they are bust

    I don't suppose anyone in this conversation has a WiFi dongle they don't need, mine was taken when the battery was installed, I've tried for over 12 months to get it sorted and I'm nearly ready to give up.

    Yes I still have mine as I told them no to taking it and they left it. I am not sure if it will work as it's bound to an account, and I had to get Hypontech to reset it.

    My kit is sat flat in the rip off shed they installed - so I don't need it anymore

    Where abouts are you Pete, I've spoke with Hypontech who said to speak to Green energy, at the moment, these do not answer.

    Fortunately, my system seems ok apart from it was never commissioned and I have no control.

    It would be great if I could at least try a dongle to see if it works.

    Well done on refusing to let them take it, I wish I had that foresight.

    I’m in the same position. The senapt portal that was working fairly well has suddenly died. No way of controlling anything now. WiFi dongles seem very difficult to obtain from anywhere. Trying to find some other work around. Any ideas?
