The Eagle has landed.

So apparently lots of interest - and whomever buys it will carry things on - not going to happen. In law there is no agreement to continue. Can you imagine if someone decided to buy and re start an agreement you had in the past? Youd tell them to jog on - and righly so!

Happens all the time, eg. with mergers and acquisitions. There are folk over on the Broadband forum who signed up with Shell and were transferred to Octopus, then TalkTalk, and now to Utility Warehouse.

Read your contract. Is there anything in it about it being transferrable?

Those are a bit different though. It is absolutely impossible to fulfill the original Tomatopia contracts unless they are picked up by an energy supplier who can offer the original tariff, which isn't going to happen.

It also hasn't beem provided for months so the contract is effective frustrated.

The only likely scenario here is someone buys the cheap junk that was installed and tried to sell it onto the home owners.

I will buy it for £500 - I know people who will pay £2k for another battery as these are up to 8 battery systems. I would do that - but only for profit.

27kWh Powerwall 3 is in it's place now. And I am not going back!

Nope - even if it was - the contract never started. it's a worthless piece of people no one will ever be able to carry on - Even Farouk with ihs 1Sun pie in the sky nonsense won't have the legal right to re start it.

Poor kit - sat in a shed at 20% just waiting for someone to come and get it. Listening to the DECENT kit working away and making us money! I would have to buy the Solar now - the guys re routed it (whilst slagging off the rubbish job NGH did) 0 my solar box was full of water - turns out putting the inlets towardsthe sky does that - who'd have known.. :D

2 weeks shy of 1 year for me.

Are you using the Tomato panels, but connected into a new inverter?

Yes - I've said if they don't want me to keep them and don't want to sell them to me I am happy to pay 1/2 for scaffolding so whilst they take them down. I can get some new panels up at the same time.

Will wait and see.
