I've been looking everywhere, I've just had an email today from Bimble solar to say that you can only get the Hypontech dongle with an inverter in the UK, they have some in Holland that he is trying to source but said I'm better off trying eBay.
The Soluna dongle can only monitor the battery and can't set any charge times so no use.
Apologies, no help really.
