I doubt it - I've just e-mailed them direectly asking them where the kit should be delivered to - and how much for the panels. I have export rights now because I was advised to lave the panels out but I would like them to be in my name

Senapt Assets now in Administration - last Wednesday but just updated today

This is where the kit comes in. It's the same Administrators as Senapt so i suspect they will also deal with comms and Northern Gas Heating. We know the CH can be a week out and I suspect next week we will see a new round of administrations.

This is something that needs addressing.

Perhaps ML would like to take it forward as a Consumer issue. As other than regulation saving Tomato customers from losing out.

So many companies simply get closed down so they avoid paying out. Then start again. Leaving consumers out of pocket.

None of that conerns us - end of the day no one can force us to carry this game on. The Administrators can't even force us to pay what's in the contract. That I do know.

The Administrators have a copy of the Senapt contract and will get back in touch as soon as they can . If I hear anything I will update here.

Letters are incoming to all of us who have the kit installed in the next few days stating the administration and await further instructions basically
