... the inverter and battery will be scrapped if they do not come and remove it by the end of March 2026.
Safely disposing of large lithium batteries can be a problem.
You might be able to give it away to a hobbyist, or even sell it; from what you've said it was only £1k or so worth when new, but you might get half that?
I'm assuming the battery is one of these:

I've seen these batteries going for 3.5K on ebay
Really? Selling for that price, £350/kWh?

I've seen these batteries going for 3.5K on ebay - I never paid for it and I feel bad but I have asked and asked everyone I can. NGH, Senapt even Farouk himself and no one has come back to me - and I've been at this since October,

So I might give it away or sell it. Not sure but yes that is the one.
It is a frustrating position to be in, but I would go the extra mile in terms of communicating your plans to NGH etc. if you intend to dispose or sell something you don't actually own...

1 recorded phone call to NGH and 2 letters - 1 requesting removal and 1 informing the above - in triplicate to Senapt to NGH and to Devonshire House

Apart from Senapt Group every company that man is a director of is currently showing as overdue accounts. I think based on the fact no one from NGH has bothered to contact me (and based on Farouk's history) it really is the end for them all.

    Anyone else think this?

I see the administrators report is out. They had something like 4.3M in the bank at the time of going under - They also managed to get 7.1M from GoCardless. TE had all their leased vehicles seized and returned (so no vehicles for NGH anyway) and now he's sacked everyone in Senapt stating they were in administration only to say they are not - some TE employess have had to sue to get a few hundred back - and he's now got a website for 1sun - I mean this really is a shambles

That's going off the prices on Ebay- I wouldn't pay £350 for one

https://www.northerngasheating.com/ has now gone - and the phone lines are dead.

So let's assume they are finished

Just for clarity, the company is still active and there are currently no pending cases open against them, but that can of course change.

You can obtain the registered office details from Companies House if you need to communicate with them…
