It's not often I'm the first to post but @joedenise will be back soon.☺️

I'm going to be near our one and only Morrison's on Saturday so hoping to take advantage of those bargains @bubbs . It won't be until teatime though so 🫰🏻I'll be lucky.

It's bright but blowy and quite a bit colder here today.

Not sure how many swips will be in the gravy tonight. I have to make it from scratch so hopefully just some cornflour and stock needed.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
    L- JP (F), chilli (P,S), salad (S)
D- liver, bacon (P), mash (F), onions, other veg (S)

    Swips- 2?

    Evening

@maman I will eat and be merry, I only see my daughter twice a year and we're celebrating that she and her OH have found an apartment to buy together, I'm not sure I'll match @Matron_Midge though with only a 1.5lb gain! Morzine is a place of wine and cheese, with wine and cheese for afters 😋
Thanks for the Muesli results @bubbs very useful
@beanielou I understand, what propelled me into a SW class was the effect my weight was having on my joints, so hiking was out and that's my happy time, so I was plain miserable.

Another busy work day, but I went prepared

B - oats, fruit and 0% greek yoghurt HE fibre

L - cottage cheese, cold roasted carrots and butternut squash, tomatoes, peppers, beetroot and cucumber 2 swips

D - SW spag bol on half a tin of chickpeas half HE fat,

inbetweens - apple, tangerine, pineapple chunks, milk for drinks HE calcium 2 swips

I've not had sardines in ages @bubbs, thanks for the reminder. They're a relatively cheap way of getting more healthy fish. I used to buy Princes mackerel in mustard sauce too but last time I looked Sainsbury's didn't have that variety. IIRC changed from free to 1 swip.🤔

That's the problem with France @Glad , the wine, the cheeses (and the fresh bread that goes with them) are absolutely moreish. Enjoy! 😋

Swerved an invitation to lunch today, so BIL & SIL are just coming for a cup of tea this afternoon. I know I'm eating out on Friday and possibly tomorrow so really didn't need an extra.

A few extra swips have crept in unaccounted for. I've been having some of DH's 70% chocolate. He has a 7 swip bar after dinner every evening and I've had a square a few times a week. It's not the end of the world but they do add up.

    Today's plan-
B- HE fibre porridge, HE calcium1 milk, blueberries (S), banana (F)
L- ham (P), LO veg and pickles (S)
D- meatballs with Spaghetti in tomato sauce (P,S,F,) Parmesan (HE calcium 2)
    Swips- none planned🍫?☺️
