Barclaycard Rewards

This doesn't make any sense to me. As I said before I was able to register using the Barclays Bank app. I've just received an email with some Halloween offers. Not very exciting ones, but they are there. So the idea that it is closed until November doesn't apply to me.
I've a long-standing Barclaycard which had never been registered on the app. I switched a bank account to Barclays, downloaded the app, and after a bit of toing and froing managed to get the Barclaycard registered as well. I've since switched the bank account out again, so I only have the Barclaycard now, but it is still live on the Barclays app.1 -

Some decent offers showing in the Barclaycard app for me today. 10% cashback reward for Majestic Wine and Asda for example. The 10% at Asda started last week, and renewed again on Monday. Got surprised by a "Reward" email congratulating me on 10% cashback on the annual Xmas saver card top up (apparently not permitted by the terms and conditions, but hey ho, I don't make the rules)
As of tonight, the app shows zilch "as of 01/11/25", but going to "Redeem and view offers" shows the 10% pending.
Remains to be seen if the cashback ever appears in the app - Barclays IT is a joke.

Nothing yet for me... even when I click through to the offers and redeem page, which redirects me to a web page in a browser, the sections where the offers should be are all empty. I can, however, see options for redeeming.I no longer check the forums as regularly as I used to. If you wish to catch my attention please remember to tag me (@ircE) so I get a notification.0

My wife has been able to register her card but my app also shows a blank space where my wife's had the Products and ServicesSevenUpPear8 said:I think I have been able to enrol. 'Products and Services' appearing as a separate mini-section on the home page, rather than as an icon in the bottom row or a quick link.
It said it might take up to 48 hours but it showed up (as if it is a separate account) after about 30 minutes.
Edit: I tried to help my father do it, and 'Products and Services' just isn't appearing as an option for him. And now that I think about it, I'm not sure it appeared for me yesterday, and now it just appears as a blank space as if it's loading (but doesn't actually load).0
