Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters

    POPLA appeal denied.. now what?

Please post it in POPLA DECISIONS.

This next stage is already covered in the NEWBIES thread. We hope people who wasted time on POPLA but are posting here, confidently know what to do next! Your next stage is in post 4 of the NEWBIES sticky that you were signposted to, a few weeks ago.

If you find it an easier format, read the MSE Guide linked at the top of every page which has sections for each stage.

Neither the forum posters nor Martin Lewis / the MSE Guide tells you to pay when you lose at POPLA. Nobody has faith in the competing industry-led 'appeals services'.

You win at court stage which is easier than POPLA.

Did the parking firm WITHHOLD photos of the sign that offered JustPark?!

You can't have imagined it! Must have been on a sign...?

Or as you paid in advance, did you pay for the wrong car park do you think?

Can you please answer the question with a yes or no? I will post shortly and yes it was 100% the correct carpark! There’s no mention of JustPark anywhere on the signage but I’ve used many carparks booked on JustPark that don’t have signage advertising they use JustPark so it’s meaningless
