So emailing the template to Legal3@ce-service.co.uk is enough? What if they say they never received it? They don’t advertise that email address anywhere

I am just asking the question since they don’t advertise it themselves. Will the court ask for proof that I sent this email?

No its not relevant to the hearing

So what’s the point emailing them back with this template?

I guess it prevents the operator putting in their evidence to the court that you failed to reply to their LoC.

And it confirms that the name and address are correct for the service of papers,  especially paperwork from the CNBC and from them or their lawyers 

I have just come back from my GP Practice,  I had to confirm my appointment with my name,  address ( and date of birth too  ), standard practice these days

What is my “official” reason for contesting this fine? I mean, I know the reason I got it is simply because I entered my old reg plate in error on the booking but is that enough as a defence? I’m just modifying the template and want to add a reason WHY I’m contesting it
