So what do I do now? My mental health is already taking a significant hit receiving this and I’m already regretting just not paying the original fine because all this stress over my head was absolutely not worth it

1. Wait until Wednesday, then complete the AOS online stage on MCOL via your government gateway account, as explained in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

2) Then use the Chan and Akande defence template from the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum, copy, paste, save, submit ( read the 1st two posts in the defence template thread. )

Use the intervening time to study those 3 posts carefully

But the service date is 5 days after the issue date, hence why I suggested Wednesday, on the service date, giving you 4 or days to get up to speed

This is the easy part! Think of it as the fair dispute resolution that you wanted.
