I’ve searched it and all the results are posts by you telling people to search for the judgment by HHJ Pema… can you not just post it here?

That CEL received full payment for the parking event before you left the site so the keying error is minor,  de minimis

No money was owed because they received full payment,  no loss was incurred 

They should have systems that check the payment against the VRMs that their system recorded and flagged it

That they should have cancelled the pcn on appeal  ( or offered the £20 keying option   )

That they should allow reasonable adjustment due to your personal health issues

Their system recorded the VRM number plate on entry to the car park

Their payment system should be able to check the details entered by the driver into the payment app, then told the driver that no plate with those details had entered,  allowing the driver to correct any mistakes such as an incorrect VRM entry 

Some systems show the number plates and ask the driver to choose the correct one that they are driving,  then register it 

The dumb systems would allow AB123DEF

No because I'd have to do the same search.

I have a good memory for court decisions and do this stuff daily, so I know what to search for (which is exactly what I gave you: "search for the HHJ Pema judgment").

I know the actual screenshot exists here but my route to find that written order is exactly the same as your route. I don't have a copy anywhere else.

Yes I’ve also seen threads where judges have rejected this “judgment by HHJ Pema” also. I’m finding this all very convoluted and nowhere near as straight forward as first expected. I’d rather pay the fine than waste all my time scouring this forum for help

None rejected it. There was just one where a lady judge didn't understand the relevance or context of the case. No biggie.
