    You must be looking in the wrong place. Try again NEWBIES - POST 2 - Small Claim.
    POST 2 actually starts with advice on the Letter of/before Claim.

    Just managing expectations. A lof of people assume this will stop a court claim being issued. It doesnt..
    In my own view replying to an LBC unless there is an adress to reaffirm/change or such like ,or issues to narrow replying to an LBC for claims of this ilk doesnt actually achieve anything
