    Ok so I found the template and it states DO NOT SEND BY LETTER. However there is no email address for Civil Enforcement so how am I expected to send this to them..

    Just managing expectations. A lof of people assume this will stop a court claim being issued. It doesnt..
    In my own view replying to an LBC unless there is an adress to reaffirm/change or such like ,or issues to narrow replying to an LBC for claims of this ilk doesnt actually achieve anything 
    So you’re saying this will most likely go to court which I’ll need to attend?

    But that is enough that I’ve emailed them? What if I’m asked how I obtained that email address my response? Someone told me on a forum?

    It will result in a court claim and if its direct by CEL (and not from dcb legal) it will more likely then not result in a hearing.

    So if it goes to court then what? (Please don’t refer to the newbies thread to trace through I have learning difficulties so struggle to navigate)

    Unfortunately you have to look through the newbies section or get someone to help with it to log the defence i would suggest having someone help you face to face
