You can easily find the NEWBIES FAQs thread. See my signature.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -

So you’re saying this will most likely go to court which I’ll need to attend?ChirpyChicken said:

In my own view replying to an LBC unless there is an adress to reaffirm/change or such like ,or issues to narrow replying to an LBC for claims of this ilk doesnt actually achieve anything0 -
But that is enough that I’ve emailed them? What if I’m asked how I obtained that email address my response? Someone told me on a forum?ChirpyChicken said:Legal3@ce-service.co.uk

It will result in a court claim and if its direct by CEL (and not from dcb legal) it will more likely then not result in a hearing.Kaipa88 said:

Unfortunately you have to look through the newbies section or get someone to help with it to log the defence i would suggest having someone help you face to face

I seriously regret not just paying the original fine now. This is not worth the time or stress involved with dealing with this0
