How can you say I’m not paying it when you’ve already said Popla might not accept my appeal? Them what just ignore them since they sent a “fake PCN”?

But this is the crux of this forum. You'll never pay this.

You know from reading the NEWBIES thread that nobody pays and all stages are easy to respond to or ignore. It worries me that you don't seem to know that POPLA doesn't matter. Read post four of it. The one with the pictures.

You may also have missed POPLA Decisions, which is also a pinned thread at the top of the forum? A good third of people posting here lose at POPLA and laugh about it in that thread.

It really doesn't matter a jot.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

People have lives outside of forums - I don’t have time scouring endless threads on here to find answers.

Fair. Same here. But the point is that POPLA isn't binding on consumers. Let's see.

So if I don’t pay the £60.00 fine within 14 days (today being the last day) and Popla decline my appeal then what? Do I just ignore any further letters unless it’s a court summons? I really don’t have the time or energy to spend on this if it does as I’m way out of my comfort zone

Yes you do what everyone else on here who follows our advise does
There is not much time or energy spent if you follow the correct advise

There is no time or energy needed. Ignoring & laughing at threatograms is normal recreation.

Whilst I appreciate your responses I seem to be getting convoluted answers to my questions. Please see above and answer simply without the sarcasm - as stated early I don’t have time or energy to waste on this going to court

Your questions have already been answered
Sorry but it is wrong to dictate the answer you wish to hear in the way you want it.

    There is no sarcasm
