Do a POPLA appeal (see NEWBIES thread third post), including the two standard points about unclear signs and no landowner authority.

But make your first point that you did pay in advance for an e-permit and CEL's reply in the appeal rejection that the JustPark option "isn't available for this location" is plainly wrong, due to it being offered here:

    https://www.justpark.com/uk/parking/york/s/humber-primary-care-providence-place-bridlington-york-yo15-2qw

I can't decide whether to mention that the payment was for the wrong vehicle. Maybe not. That was something you should have said prior to POPLA stage.

As above,  I have been pondering which way to tackle this because you didn't mention the incorrect VRM was used in your appeal

Clearly those e permits are available via Justpark,  so that is definitely an option here, to rubbish their reply,  but do provide screenshots etc of the proof

The issue is I need to pay within 14 days before the cost goes up. How long will it take for response from popla?

    Pardon?  Splutter...PAY?! 14 days?!!

I think you need to read the NEWBIES thread! Please don't post about the 14 day bribe.

I’ve read about people ignoring these and then it affecting their credit rating. I’m already going through a difficult period so I can’t handle the extra stress for the sake of £60.00

    How?

Not a single person here has their credit rating affected nor risks it.

    You aren't paying this.

We haven't changed our advice. We just tried to stop you doing something silly like thinking you can pay and appeal (you can't). Stop reading about the 14 day bribe. It 's completely irrelevant to you.

Did you miss that bit when you read the Q&A in the NEWBIES thread?
