Doesn't matter at this stage, just wait another couple of weeks, after that complain about it to the BPA AOS compliance team
There are no nails and no coffin at this early stage3 -
Try emailing support@parkmaven.zendesk.com

As above the support email is the one to use
Why would anyone waste money paying for recorded delivery3 -
Oh, I was advised by Coupon Mad and Gr1pr to use the complaints portal before. I used that one.ChirpyChicken said:As above the support email is the one to use

I sent my appeal on the 16th September, which is 5 weeks ago now. No email from them advising of the outcome. I guess that means it's done and dusted now? Surely they can't take it further after so long without reply?0

They can. Email the support email address for an update Support@parkmaven.comWhisk1974 said:I sent my appeal on the 16th September, which is 5 weeks ago now. Unfortunately a lot of your assumptions on here are wrong3 -
Check you spam as, for some reason, emails from PPCs and legals often end up there.4

The appeal decision came back this morning. Appeal upheld. Guess my assumption was correct on this occasion.ChirpyChicken said:

It read as such:
Issue date: 02/09/2025 Thank you for your appeal against the above Parking Charge. After careful consideration, your appeal has been accepted, and the charge has been cancelled. This parking charge was issued because your booking did not cover the full parking duration. You parked from 28/03/2025 19:50:13 to 28/03/2025 23:10:26, but your booking only covers 28/03/2025 19:50 to 28/03/2025 20:00. This discrepancy led to the parking charge, despite having made payment. As a gesture of goodwill, we will waive this parking charge for now. However, please ensure that your future bookings cover the entire duration of your parking session to avoid a parking charge, as future infractions will incur the full charge. You may also contact YourParkingSpace for booking assistance. Yours sincerely, Appeals Department ParkMaven Ltd2 -
Sounds like they want shot of you because you're such a thorn in their side
