  • It doesn't need checking. Not difficult. Either way, why not just read the group thread instead of this one which should never have reached 20 pages.
    sorry?...........

This ordinary thread never needed to be used by other posters. 21 pages here isn't needed; we have a bespoke group thread for all Airport Drop Offs.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi,
I have received a PCN from APCOA for what was a genuine error, due to a late flight then lost baggage, I overstayed by 45 mins in the collection zone at T2 whilst collecting relatives.
Being new to their new system I just assumed that once we left the airport we could go online and simply pay for the overstay!
However as we left the airport my daughter in law went online on her phone to try and pay, she could see the car and the details of the over stay but their system would not let her pay and said it will be dealt with by mail, this was still within an hour of my entry, it seems like a scam to me!
I would like to fight this and after reading the many threads here my question is will the template kindle provided above that has brought much success to others work in my instance? any help much appreciated.

I don’t recall it failing in any APCOA case yet ……. ✈️

That still doesn’t make you liable under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 ….. as long as you don’t keep saying ‘I’, ‘I’, ‘I’, ‘me’, ‘me’, ‘me’ in any correspondence relating to the parking event. Just simply use the template word for word, no trying to explain anything to APCOA.
