APCOA PCN Manchester Airport Drop-off

Hi Guys,
I recently received a PCN notice from APCOA about a drop-off at Manchester Airport. I know you can usually ignore APCOA, but I don't want it to escalate into a CCJ and affect my credit score.
I've also been advised to appeal to APCOA, not admitting to who the driver was, and also asking them to provide the information on relevant byelaws that detail APCOA’s right in terms of transferring liability of a parking charge from the driver of the vehicle to the registered keeper of the vehicle.
And then appealing to POPLA on the grounds that there is no registered keeper liability.
Can somebody let me know my chances of appealing on these grounds? Thank you.

Your chances are very good as long as the driver's identity is never revealed.
Appeal to APCOA using the template in blue text from the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES, and add a one liner that since airport bylaws apply, the keeper cannot be held liable.
Alternatively, just appeal using the one line I mentioned above.
If it is rejected then appeal to PoPLA using all the points available to you from the third post of the NEWBIES making not-relevant land, airport bylaws, no keeper liability your point 1.

Just read the Heathrow Gatwick Drop off group thread & win by using that appeal. Dead easy.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know because there was one waiting for me when I returned from holiday 2 days ago. £100 for taking a wrong turn whikst trying to get to T2 meet and greet in midst of road diversion and signage choas! I'm not local.
I was in the drop off lane (never stopped) for a total of 1 min 20 secs.
Just weighing up whether to appeal or ignore?0 -

People on here have been beating parking companies for years.
I get this a lot in my line of working. Those who dont deal with an issue thinking they know more about the issue then the professional. People here are giving you the correct advice
In closing below beats APCOA. Use this link https://payments.apcoa.co.uk/ and select keeper
come back when its cancelled.
This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA. As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw
**not relevant land for the purposes of POFA**4
