Don't they already have your name and address? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

hello, can anyone please advise how long after you make the appeal online that you hear back from APCOA if you've succeeded / failed in your appeal? I appealed yesterday after mistakenly entering the pick up drop off zone trying to find the M+G car park. entered just before 4am for a total of 1 minute and 40 seconds it was dark and we'd not been into Manchester airport for over 12 yrs so we were not familiar with which exit to take
thank you for any help

I Hooe that you didn't reveal who was driving ?
Apcoa and the rest of the private parking companies have 35 days to respond to an appeal1 -
hi no I didn't reveal that I was the one driving, I entered the appeal as the registered keeper of the car - not driver. I also used the text provided on page 2 I think of this thread to enter as my appeal, I really hope I am successful, it was a honest and genuine mistake entering the pick up zone and was shocked when the fine arrived0

OK, well as long as the appeal was in the name of the keeper, then they have no legal liability, regardless of the circumstances2

normally around 7 to 21 days
but it makes no difference3 -
Thanks for the advice. We completed the appeal exactly as suggested, and today received an email with an attachment stating "Cancellation of Parking Charge".
It works!7
