Obviously the keeper's details go in.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone. I thought ignoring the APCOA demands had worked as I'd not heard anything off them. Today I received a formal notice of debt recovery from Empira demanding the £170.
Is this another atempt to extort money, or do I need to take this one seriously?
I don't want bailiffs turning up on my doorstep, would they need to issue me with a court summons, before they turn up? I'm happy to go to court to fight these theives. It says at the bottom of the letter I have 14 days to respond or legal proceedings will be commenced.
Thanks everyone!0 -
Empira is Gladstones Solicitors , debt collector section
No bailiffs will turn up, especially because its under the £600 threshold and no court order
Nobody receives a summons for these pcn invoices
Anything that has less than 30 days notice is a debt collector letter
IGNORE IT
