Thanks for the tip, I got done the other week for a 1 minute wrong turn! Where abouts do you paste the above to?
Clearly, as always, the PCN tells you (on the back) how to appeal.  :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Great news for posters who got their charge cancelled. Maybe you'd like to join the

Your chances are very good as long as the driver's identity is never revealed.

Appeal to APCOA using the template in blue text from the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES, and add a one liner that since airport bylaws apply, the keeper cannot be held liable.
Alternatively, just appeal using the one line I mentioned above.

If it is rejected then appeal to PoPLA using all the points available to you from the third post of the NEWBIES making not-relevant land, airport bylaws, no keeper liability your point 1.

Can anyone provide a link to the "Appeal to APCOA using the template in blue text from the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES" I seem to be going round and round in circles trying to find it.

Top of the forum,  4th thread down, but I wouldn't use it

Use the keeper appeal on page 2 of this thread by doubledotcom instead,  posted last month on page 2

But you aren't using that one. No need.

Is this way tried and tested? And do you have to write to them or can you use this doing an online appeal? I’m assuming so but thought I’d ask first. Thanks in advance

Of course it's tried and tested why would we suggest it other wise
You do it on the online portal only.
  • Hi. I’ve today had my notice through the post. I’m just in the middle of appealing with the suggested text that’s in this thread. Apologies in advance for sounding a bit daft, but when I’ve ticked “appellant type” and highlighted “keeper” it then asks for my full name and address - do I fill this in?
