I received parking charge notice on 04.11 and it was totally the same situation with @quizlady 's. We took a wrong turning at Manchester airport T3 whilst looking for the M+G. We drove through the pick-up/drop-off zone without stopping. Since we are not local, and were panicked when received the notice, so we submitted the appeal straight away with the payment record of M+G zone and have ticked the box as driver, we also left the contact number as well...After a night, I found this forum and read through all 17 pages with all the successful cases, however, the online appeal link has been logged, and I think it cannot be appealed anymore?
Has anyone encountered a similar situation and able to provide some evidence please?0 -
If you don't get an APCOA cancellation, just ignore anything further from them, or any debt collector they get to try to part you from your money. APCOA do not issue court claims. So, the only thing I could do now is just waiting for the cancellation or if it rejected me, I just ignore it.0 -
