Fairly major OAT underway here, clearing the junk room that will be my ensuite so that I can get a proper quote once they can actually see what they are dealing with.  It has been hard work and I haven't finished yet but I am no longer sharing my bedroom with three lots of plumbing tools and many shoe racks.  (He built two lots of shoe storage but refused to exit the old racks 'just in case'.)

1 more tick and another half a tick for tasks today.
I think I cherry picked some quicker wins last week and it's taking longer to get a ✅ this week.

    Definitely!!
I'm including my overdue reading and signing of policies as my OATs because I should have done them 6 months ago but they were far too boring to get my attention.

Cleared emails.  Not exactly a huge win as I just emptied the entire box. If it was important they will email again (personal not work)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Off to look at, & hopefully buy, bath taps. We have needed new ones for so long as they have gone so stiff I can't  turn them off properly. Plumber coming next month to do downstairs loo, so he says he can fit bath taps as well. So I will get my brain into gear & purchase them.
Then some admin tasks that I have been putting off for ages

    Dang straight it does @Sun_Addict

Definitely counts as an OAT @rachmach3 and @Watty1

    Ooh that'll be satisfying @Makingabobor2

I have loads of bits and bobs on the to-do list so after Dr's I'm just going to see how many I can smash in between work and daily admin stuff

I have progressed as far as I can CRB admin, mortgage broker admin, warranty provider admin, and flat things that urgently need doing admin.
Might go mad and do a tedious listing too 🍻
