    I wonder if it's worth having a 'new octopus fixed tariff notification' thread that people could subscribe to.

    No chat just whoever first spots a new fix tariff introduced posts, so people get alerted to go check if it's better for them.

    My logic for what it's worth says that if the cap is going to rise in April, Tracker is likely to follow suit. 

    I'm not sure your logic is correct. The price cap is looking backwards 3 months, November to February if I recall correctly, whereas Tracker and Agile are following wholesale prices now.  Agile was expensive for several weeks across that time, with the 4-7pm slot hitting 99.9p fairly often. It's come down a lot now.

    You might want to listen to Martin Lewis talking to Greg from Octopus on Radio 5 last week. Thursday or Friday, sorry can't recall which day.
