if anyone is having trouble changing tariffs try messaging on twitter they pick it up more or less straightaway and jobs done

then they will reply back and you will see it as "messages" bottom right hand of your screen, it will be highlighted when they do so keep checking it, and you will see in the same box the message you sent and can talk to eachother then0 -
I'm going cross eyed looking for en envelope logo on their (my) octopus page.

Now it's there, before it wasn't ! Does one have to be signed in with password for access to the envelope?

Rember just because you fixed today doesn't mean there won't be another cheaper one next week. It's a game of low water mark you are trying to stay on the lowest fix you can.
There will be lots of us on august/September fixes that currently this remains more cost, but I expect it won't be long till we are able to renew our fixes lower too0 -
I am currently on the 14-M Jan 2025 V 1 Fix which is now not the cheapest. I have asked the question but so far am not aware of any downsides associated with a switch to the latest, V. Whereas a switch to Tracker would be taking a leap into the dark just now.Telegraph Sam

so if your on a higher price tariff than the current deal i would be looking at the latest deal0
