Dizzycap - two of my die cutting machines have never been out of their boxes! I have so much craft stuff but I am determined to trim down my stash. My favourite die cutting machine out of the ones I have used is - the Big Shot.
Dizzycap - Babyface is adorable. She has the colouring of a dog we had when I was a child - mum always said it was from a Manchester terrier.
I need to retake some photos - tried to take them yesterday but the light wasn't good on them when I downloaded to the computer.
C is having a couple of tables at the table top sale tomorrow - I am not involved with doing them until the March one.
Funeral at SA on Tuesday.

- Concerted effort to sort out sleep patterns - Realistic targets: bed by 2:00 a.m. & up by 10:00 a.m
- Continue dealing with mail & email on a daily basis
- Don’t put it down, put it away + deal with mini tasks as soon as they are noticed e.g. refill olive oil pourer or salt cellar, stitch up a hole in a garment etc
- Commence ‘Operation Frog Tickling’ using the acronym - I.R.I.S. (Identify, Research, Implement, Sign Off) - One per quarter
- Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
Friday: up late again. DH made my first cuppa. Today the sun is out + both high & low temperatures are in double figures 15°C & 11°C. I have written a shopping list. DH & DSis left 13:45. I have phoned my bank & transferred some monies to DSis, changed the water for my flowers disposing of the dead ones & have now settled down to do some cheerleading

- I haven't laughed so much in a long time!
Thanks!
@ Florenceem - Yes, my best and only machine left is a Big ShotThe plates seem to work on any metal die and reagardless of however many times it's used, they've still not bent yet!
@ Brie - You're not alone in wanting babyfaceShe's has a huge personality and is a well known and greatly loved face around the village and gives a huge amount of love back in return. I'm absolutely dreading when 'that' day comes, but I'm hopeful that it won't come anytime soon!
Where do I possible start with the decluttering today?Usual early morning HH bins clear out, bin collection was early this morning so wheelie back in before 8amWent out to do a few jobs in the garden while the lovely early morning sun was out and babyface spent 20 minutes doing crazy girl fruit-loops up and down her garden ramps while I played 'I'm coming to get you' whilst clipping down and feeding 2 huge Clemitis ready for the new growth. We had a lovely peaceful 'snuggles and kisses' cup of coffee together before I took her for a lovely walk to the RM Quad locker to declutter 6 parcels before heading to the charity shop in the sunshine where she was let loose while I finally emptied the dolly trolly - good as goldWe had an extended walk through the park, back accross ye olde bridge, and home.
I decluttered a pint of water and another cup of coffee before going to a blood test appointment and fell asleep while they were taking blood!I came back had a nibble and cup of coffee and then took babyface2 for her crazy outing, which she also loved in the sunshine
Needless to say, I was in my PJ's by 1.30pm and rolled into bed for a much needed sleep
.
I've just woken up to babyface on her back with legs akimbo snoring her head off and another 3 items sold that I need to pack, but I'll do that this evening and get postie to collect tomorrow - Just as well I got the extra boxes from Sains as no sooner in, than they're out again - NICE declutteringTime to declutter some lovely fresh garden hen eggs as I'm starving and so is babyface, who has just woken up - typical!Toodle-pip for now xxxx~ NSD 2025 - NSD July 21/20 (6 x💯)# Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel - Ongoing~ Totally FREE Christmas 2025 - 🎁✉️🏷🎀💐🪪🗒🧺⭐️Completed Challenges 2025:# No.36 Make £2025 in 2025 £1634.34 / £2025 (58%) (3) 💯💯+# No.12 Save £2 a Day 2025 2025: £730/ £730 💯# No.27 Save 1p A Day 2025 £667.95 / £667.95 💯# No.19 52 Week Env Challenge £1378 / £1378 💯# No.34 Save £12k in 2025 £13,429.74 / £12,000 💯 - Continuing16 -
retiredinfrance - I am doing the same - sunk cost items are going.
I popped to SA to get labels printed. While I was there - I put notices on my storage crates - please do not touch!
I took parcels to the post office.
A bag of donations was handed in at the £2 charity shop.
I got the local paper and waited for a shuttle bus. After waiting quite a while - it turned up but failed to stop at the temporary bus stop. We had to walk to the next one. The bus driver said that he couldn't stop and turn into the road - rubbish - the driver did it yesterday - you just have to pull up short and then can turn easily. My Dad was a bus driver when there was no power steering. I was tempted to ask the bus driver if he had a PSV licence but didn't want to be thrown off the bus. Silly man - if a temporary bus stop is in place - people will wait there and buses should stop.
I did our meal then moved some bits around in my craft room to make space for my new machine. It arrived and is still in the box at the moment. I was impressed with the quality of the threads that I received - and a free gift - key ring torch and a full size pen.
Daughter and Granddaughter called here - I showed them the first sewing machine that I bought. Dd was impressed when I told her how sales were going.
I took Mr F out for a walk - his first for 6 weeks - he insisted on using his stick rather than his rollator!
Weather forecast is for heavy rain tomorrow so I think it will be a day indoors.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Gosh so much going on here.
Not so much with me as work dominating.
Stopped selling things for the moment but toilet seat and 2 prints picked up by people from free site. Unsunscribed from about a dozen things - didn't realise how many are automatic.
Will add nos later

Well I’ve completely ruined my in/out tracking by picking up a complete wardrobe of next size up clothes for DD from Buy Nothing. Really good quality stuff and she’s now all set. Saved me hundreds!
