I had another meditation class and another session of craniosacral therapy this week. I had a shower and washed my hair after the therapy last night and feel okay today, thankfully. I went to a health food shop afterwards as she recommended electrolyte drops to take each morning and I bought them and I found a vegan pizza I haven't found anywhere else in ages. I am not going to eat foods like that as often as I found out my cholesterol is high after having my routine blood test last week. Although I got a follow up email from my doctor saying "we have calculated that your cardiovascular (CVD) risk score of having a heart attack or stroke in the next 10 years is 2%" so I don't really understand what that means if my cholesterol is high.
I have a phone appointment with a nurse next week so she can explain it to me.
I have been decluttering gently, a drawer or so a day. I did sort out the airing cupboard and got rid of two sheets and two old hand towels. I did arrange my handbags as I keep them in the top shelf of the airing cupboard and have been using the ones I never use! I wore a grey bag yesterday and a red one on Tuesday when I went out.
I am going to have a bath and then vacuum downstairs afterwards as I haven't done that for a few days and I'm meant to be sticking to this cleaning routine.

I watched Sort Your Life Out with DS last night and when I got up this morning I found him going through his stuff and decluttering. Thanks Stacey!
I generally try to avoid his room as it's got too much stuff in there for my liking.
A few more things in.... 1 puzzle from Buy Nothing, 1 desk chair for DD from Buy Nothing (been watching out for one for a couple of months), 3 books from a charity shop for DD/DS.Still plodding through using things up and slowly getting long frogs sorted out. Yesterday I picked out photos for the frames I picked up from Buy Nothing last year, ordered them to the shop, picked them up and put them in the frames. So another job done there. It also reminded how it was easier to find photos I'm looking for when I've gone through and organised/decluttered them, so that task is back at the forefront of my mind.Digital:

One of the items that I listed on V last night sold quickly.
This morning I did more wrapping of sold items and popped to SA to print labels.
Mr F's pressure relieving cushion and boots arrived this morning.
I went to the post office with a very heavy parcel in my shopping trolley - a sewing machine. I realised that I forgot to put the instruction booklet in the parcel so I have posted that separately - Mr F still has lots of stamps that were found in Mil's flat.
I went straight out again to take another heavy parcel to the off licence.
The buses are still diverted so I have to get 2 to get back from town.
So out today - sewing machine, die cutting machine and a purse.
I have found some items to photograph and list.
Another NSD and nothing coming in to the house.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

@ Florenceem - Great work with the sales and the sendingUsual day of early morning HH bin clearing and cleaning. Cluttering up the HH wheelie for tomorrows collection which I've now put out:-)
I've got one more die cutting machine left but I'm not sure if I really want to sell it yet.
Managed to schedual listings on eBy starting tonight which I'm hoping will get bids and I can declutter out of the house pronto!I still haven't manage to get to the charity shop with the full dolly trolly but I'd fully run out of energy by the time I had take both babyfaces for their walks and gone shopping at Sains for a sick neighbour whilst picking up some more recycled free flatpacked boxes to clutter up with in order to declutter items out
I managed a 3 hour sleep this afternoon, already had dinner, decluttering a lovely cup of coffee at the mo, and then after preparing food and feeding the foxes; who got in a very excited fighting rut last night which needed a little personal intervention, I will probablly take babyface out for another walk before she goes off to bedThe swans have started selecting their nest logs and branches, so it's all happening here!Wishing all declutteri a lovely peaceful evening with love and hugs to those who want them xxxxxx

Dizzycap - I have a bid on another die cutting machine so that will be leaving the house - still leaves 4!
I have been paid for today's sales so they are wrapped ready for labels.
I have a bag of stuff in my shopping trolley for the charity shop so will take that with the 2 parcels as they are light ones.
My new machine is arriving tomorrow. So excited - I said to my eldest daughter - the overlocker that I have was bought in 1994 - still works perfectly but I want a modern air threader now as my eyes aren't so good. I will list the old machine for sale.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

I will list the old machine for sale.I used to have 8 die cutting machines - Can you imagine what the artroom looked like, clutter wise?I'm reluctant to sell the last one as it was the best of the lot. It's a manual but far better than the electric ones I had and I might decide to use it more often now that I have more space to be able to use it, if you see what I mean.
Glad the new sewing machine is arriving tomorrow and I'd love a machine with an overlockerI've still got an old manual handled Singer
but it works wonderfully well for it's great age!
Was about to take babyface for a walk when I got a call from the lady who is adopting the rescue daxie on Monday. She's excited to be welcoming Gauda into the house and I know everything will be absolutely fine xxxI just got off the phone when I had an eby sale, so securely packed and posted in the RM Quad locker during babyfaces night walkTime to declutter a lovely large cup of coffee before I tuck babyface in bed and I do the last of the tidying up before going off to bed, Nignt ,night love to all & hugs to all those who want onexxxx#
I must get out to do a little early morning gardening tomorrow. I've got a couple of small jobs that need doing and babyface will love pottering around and probably have a fruit-loop running crazy session as she gets so excited when I'm well enough to potter aboutEdit:I just thought I'd pop back in to add a picture of babyface to the post. This is her with one of her stern Queen Victoria 'I'm not amused' looks. Highly intelligent with a mental age of a 9 -10 year old - nothing gets past her and you've always got to be ahead of her~ NSD 2025 - NSD July 16/20 (6 x💯)# Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel - Ongoing~ Totally FREE Christmas 2025 - 🎁✉️🏷🎀💐🪪🗒🧺⭐️Completed Challenges 2025:# No.36 Make £2025 in 2025 £1234.34 / £2025 (58%) (3) 💯💯+# No.12 Save £2 a Day 2025 2025: £730/ £730 💯# No.27 Save 1p A Day 2025 £667.95 / £667.95 💯# No.19 52 Week Env Challenge £1378 / £1378 💯# No.34 Save £12k in 2025 £13,429.74 / £12,000 💯 - Continuing22 -

What a difference in the weather - it rained on & off all day but was a lot warmer - high 13°C & low 9°C. The 3rd week in a row that the recycling wheelie bin has been emptied 🥳 Having got up late I spent the rest of the day watching TV & napping 😔 DH went out for a walk late afternoon & picked up a bit of shopping. He did part of his walk around the docks & saw about 4 dozen swans, several Egyptian geese, coots & a few black headed gulls. Dinner was sausage meat & baby spinach linguine 🤤 Wudupa.
